Capstone Cellars was established in 2003 by Roy and Sandy Bays and Joel and Cathleen McNelly with one goal in mind; to craft small lots of premium complex wines of distinction.
We are heading into our 10th crush this fall and we continue to be fired by the passion to create that great bottle of wine. We will be producing only one wine in 2012 which will be our 10th Anniversary Blend from Boushey Vineyard
Capstone Cellars will be open to the public May 11 the Saturday before Mothers day. Hours will be 1:00PM- 5:00PM. We will be tasting 3 Capstone Syrah’s from Boushey Vineyard, the 06,07,08 Vintages. Each Syrah has a different flavor profile and fun to compare.
